Bouillabaisse
One of the world's top three soups, this seafood soup is a must-try. Enjoy it with a touch of Aioli, a traditional South French mayonnaise.

Ratatouille
A healthy and easily digestible vegetable stew. Delicious whether served hot or cold, and perfect on a slice of bread.

Niçoise Salad
A refreshing mix of tomatoes, tuna, anchovies, and boiled eggs, dressed in a vinaigrette sauce. Also great as a sandwich filling.
