Ryukyu Japanese breakfast is prepared using a cooking method that makes the most of the flavors of the ingredients, focusing on dashi, an essential ingredient for Japanese people, and salt from Okinawa Prefecture. To help you feel refreshed and energized for the day ahead, we offer a buffet-style menu that includes seafood rice bowls, chazuke (rice in tea broth), and shabushabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with seasonal Okinawan vegetables).
