Q. When should I pay the fee?
Please make online payment at the time of reservation or you can pay at the property.
For paying at property, we ask you to settle the bill during the check-in process. -
Q. Can I use a credit card?
Online payment: VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB are accepted.
Paying at property: Credit cards are accepted. Please inquire with the front desk staff at check-in for the types of cards accepted. -
Q. Is there a separate accommodation tax?
Lodging tax is levied on your room rate depending on your location. Please contact the hotel for details.

Q. How can I change or cancel my reservation?

If you are not a RMC member, you can change or cancel your reservation by entering your reservation number and the email address you entered at the time of reservation on the "Reservation Confirmation" page. -
Q. Is there a waiting list for accommodation?
No, we do not have a waiting list. Please call us at any time or contact us online to inquire about room availability.

Q. What should I do if I check in late?
Please arrive as early as possible before 2:00 am.
If you arrive after 10pm, please contact the front desk. If we do not hear from you after 24:00 on the day of your arrival, your reservation may be cancelled. -
Q. Can I extend my stay after the check-out time?
The normal check-out time is 11:00, but it is possible to extend your stay. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk in advance. There is an additional charge for this service. Please note that we may not be able to extend your stay if the room is full. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.

You can keep your valuables at the front desk by filling out a designated form.
Please note that we do not have a safe for storing valuables in the guest rooms, so we ask that you take care of your valuables yourself. -
Q. Is Internet access available?
All guest rooms offer free Internet access service using high-speed wired LAN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi).

Preschool children can use existing bed for free.

Children above elementary school age are charged the same amount as the adult rate.

We have toiletries and slippers for children.

We do not rent out cribs, but we do have baby guards available.

Q. Can minors stay at the hotel?
Yes, minors are welcome to stay. However, if one minor (under 20 years old) or group of minors are staying with us, we will ask a "parent or guardian" to submit a "consent form".

Q. Can the hotel provide a courier service?
Yes, the front desk can provide you with a Simaunsou courier service.
Please ask our staff to prepare a slip and fill in the shipping address. -
Q. Will you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
If you arrive before the check-in time, we will keep it at the front desk. In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it on the day of the event, so please feel free to contact the front desk.
Please note that we cannot store valuables or fragile luggage. -
Q. I'd like to send a package in advance, can you pick it up?
Yes, you can. When you send your luggage to the hotel, please clearly write your name and check-in date on the slip. Please note that we are not responsible for valuables or broken items.
We are also unable to accept cash on delivery or cash on delivery packages.

We do not have an ice machine, but if you ask at the front desk, we can bring you an ice pail with ice.

Q. Do you have a curfew?
The hotel has a staff stationed at the front desk 24 hours a day, but for security reasons, the hotel entrancewill be closed which can only be opened by reading the guest room card key into the card reader from 0:00 to 6:00.
